If you'd like to bitch about the economy, you're just as dumb. The economy has been inflated WAY beyond where it should have been for the past 8 years. Clinton lined the pockets of the people while stealing their rights away. If you've got money to spend, you don't pay attention to what's going on behind the scenes. The economy is coming back down to where it should have been. Clinton isn't hurting though since he gave himself a raise just before leaving office. I am not the naive one in this. Take a look at the SS ideas and all of the Govt. funded programs and see who implimented most of them. As for CEO's, you can't blame that on the republicans, you can blame that on the US in general because it's been happening for probably the past 100 years. The upper level wants to get richer and make the most profits without bringing the laborers up with them. Major corporations pay off ALL politicians, just look at the campaign contributions that they all get when they run. It's not a one sided problem. Look at the heads of most Democrat groups like the NAACP, Jessie Jackson's Rainbow coilition, PETA, etc. They are all SUPER rich for doing almost nothing. All they do is play on the weak minds of liberals and rake in the donations, or extorting money from major corporations. It's something that you can't blame on one side alone.

Do you really think that Waco or Ruby Ridge was about guns? No, they were about groups who were pulling away from the Govt. control and living under their own power and their own rules. Randy Weaver and David Koresh both went in to town frequently yet the democrat controlled Govt. felt it was necessary to wait until they were at home and go for a raid.

The Republicans haven't gone after guns because they aren't scared of the population. The biggest fear they have, is not being re-elected. The democrats however, are afraid to have their heads blown off. In Clintons last month he made so many Executive orders that were complete BS that it took the Republican controlled congress around 2 months to reverse them.

I don't give a fuck about 401ks and SS funds. America wasn't supposed to take care of you when you got old, it was your job to save up for retirement, and the children were always responsible for taking care of their parents in old age. SS was supposed to be TEMPORARY to help during the depression and now people scream about it like it's a right. 401ks are a risk, anything in the stock market is, just like a lotto ticket. One could easily invest their own money in US savings bonds and have guaranteed payout in the end, but they don't because the payout COULD be much higher in the stock market. It has to do with greed.

SS is a gamble for the govt. How many people live to collect anything? How long do people live once they start collecting it. I'm guessing that hardly anyone gets out what they put into it.

I prefer republicans over democrats because at least I can see it when they're stealing from me. In reality, I'm a Liberitarian, I'm for as little govt. control as possible. I have no need for the Govt. in my life. I can control my money just fine, I work for my money, I don't have kids that I can't pay for, and I'm able to take care of myself when I have a cold. It's YOUR job to take care of YOURSELF and your family. I don't need the Govt. telling me what I should and shouldn't teach my kids, what is and isn't safe to have around the house, and what measures I need to protect my child from danger.
