Says:Are you retarded? It's the same squid. Jackass.
Excerpt from my post: "The squid, weighing an estimated 990 lbs and about 39 feet long, took two hours to land in Antarctic waters, New Zealand Fisheries Minister Jim Anderton said."
330 lbs heavier .... than what?
Two days later? The articles are dated the same day.
Even one of the pictures is the same.
Apparently China has screwed with your logic.

Says:HAH. I thought being in china would *help* your math skills. What is 990 from 990, Robert? "330" ...shameful.
BlackRob
Says:Ok. heres the thing. I originally found this post on another forum and it was tagged as being "330lbs heavier than the catch two days ago of the giant squid." Being as Liz's post was about a "giant" squid, I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that it was her squid in which was less 330lbs. its not actually that I'm retarded, but because I did not check my facts first. There are several reasons for this, but the main one is laziness.

"You thought the giant squid was big, check out what they caught the other day. Shatters the previous record by 330lbs. Ha and some people didn't believe in Giant Sea Creatures."
