Rivals Voice Complaints About MS Vista
Liz BRUSSELS, Jan. 26 (AP) - Rivals of Microsoft renewed their call Friday for European regulators to act against what they say are "illegal practices,"charging that the new Vista operating system is the company's effort to extend its monopoly to the Internet.
